Riset Bain & Company nemu bahwa bisnis yang serius di customer service bisa naikin pendapatan sampai 4\u20138% di atas rata-rata pasar mereka. Sebaliknya, menurut PwC, 32% pelanggan langsung kabur setelah satu kali pengalaman buruk. Cuma satu kali. Solusinya? Pakai template yang bisa otomatis nyebut nama customer, bisa lampirin gambar produk, dan tetap terasa hangat kayak balasan personal.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"text-text-100 mt-2 -mb-1 text-base font-bold\">3. Orderan ngambang.
